Unique situated in and around a former colonial house we have build Resort Like No Other, a pleasant place in a vibrant community with local atmosphere just at a 20 minute drive from Bandaranaike International Airport.
Before and after traveling trough Sri Lanka it’s comfortable staying so close to the airport on your first / last night, it will ensure that you only need the minimal time to travel to the airport, enjoying the maximum time in your holiday mood.

For sightseeing we are located 30 minute drive to the beaches in Negombo and an hour to Colombo. For nature experience 30 minutes to Muthurajawela Wetlands or 20 minutes to Gampaha Henarathgoda Botanic Gardens.

This former colonial house over 100 years old is transformed into a little resort with all equipment to make your stay a very relaxing and enjoyable one. We offer only 8 rooms, with a maximum of 20 guests, so our staff can pamper you during your stay in an individual manner.

People coming to our resort for the first time are surprised, such a lovely spot like a hidden gem near the airport. All guests give high ratings for the room, the restaurant, the service and the proper cleaned rooms and public areas. We keep high standards to our cleaning policies.

When you travel to Sri Lanka you probably want to explore the island as much as possible. If you want to meet and mingle with the local community, our resort will give you the relaxing opportunity to do so and make your vacation one to remember. The atmosphere is relaxing but also vibrant, with local public having good times at the pool, and they do love it when you keep them company.

Are you a person that has special needs? We have made one of our spacious rooms suitable for you. From our experience, it’s hard to find a hotel in Sri Lanka that is better equipped for your stay. Our resort is fully accessible by wheelchair without bumps and our bathroom has that equipment that makes your live easier.
